Was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area and the restrooms. I’ve cold water bottles were abundant in the frig and coffee was available. My appointment was at 4p but called me when the tires arrived earlier than expected from warehouse. As soon as I arrived, they began work right away on complete tire change, balance and wheel alignment. The Tire Sales Associate, Sam was very professional and made everything easy. I would highly recommend anyone to SunAuto for all their vehicle care needs.
I was a walk in first thing of the morning. Was seen promptly, service was performed also promptly. Was kept informed of the service and some findings to consider addressing. There was no pressure perform other recommended services. The front staff was polite, no pressure tactics.
