We sat 3 hours and found out they had done nothing! I will never go back again.
First time here and went through Groupon and the employee's are kind and helpful, I'm definitely going to come back for different work on my van even without Groupon.
Something as simple as an oil change and tire rotation should not be as complicated as it was one my visit. The tire rotation was not done and upon reviewing the invoice, Sun Auto was trying to charge me for it. I will NEVER go to them again for any service as the management seems to not know their job and/or they are focused on overcharging for service that is not complete. Never Again!!!!
The value and quality of work exceeds the normal shops in Arlington. Scott was super amazing
The place was okay. I went in to get new tires and they ordered them, called when they arrived, and installed them same day. HOWEVER they work pretty dirty, I had just cleaned my truck the day before and they got my driver side mat dirty (most places put a paper or newspaper down). They also do not clean the tires after, I really thought my rims were scraped but it was all white paste from them mounting the tires. I waited for an hour and a half. It was $976 for 3 Nitto tires.
