Great service and great explanations of the issues my truck had.
I have historically liked to visit for an oil change, but recently I made an appointment and arrived and was told it would be a 90 minute wait just to get me in. They started it did not matter that I had an appointment at that specific time. If your do not honor the appointment times, why even have that option online or why do they even show every time show available online.
Perfect short visit.
