Oil Change was convenient and quick. Technicians were polite and professional.
Take your business elsewhere due to concerning business practices and costly repairs. I took my car into this Sun Auto location on the morning of August 14th around 11am to diagnose a check engine light on my 2016 Mazda 6. I didn't hear back until a 6:33pm call (after they had already closed) telling me that I had multiple issues and needed to pay over $1500. He was not clear with the charges whatsoever. Seems like this shop doesn’t have integrity or any ethics when it comes to women. Make sure you know what the services you are looking for normally cost if you are not familiar with car repairs. This shop will try to over charge you. Finally when they quote a price when you get your car the bill will be higher than what was agreed on
Worst experience ever! Would not recommend this location. Brought my 2018 Lexus RX in for a battery/starting issue and it turned into a mess. First, I got charged $346.99 for an “AGM” battery but the one actually installed was a cheaper “EFB” battery — completely different product. I only caught it because I took a photo. They did fix it once I brought it up, but I shouldn’t have had to catch that myself.
