Very disappointed with my experience at this service center. They charged me $215 for diagnostic work that I felt was unnecessary. What was more frustrating is that they did not clearly inform me that the required parts could be covered under my vehicle’s warranty. I did my own research with ChatGPT and was able to find that the replacement parts was covered under warranty, which saved me approximately $1,500. I’m very disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication.
Outstanding service and honest advice! I brought my car in and saved a substantial amount compared to what the dealership would have charged. I also asked them to check out an unusual muffler sound I was worried about. Instead of trying to upsell me or invent a problem—which my dealership almost certainly would have done—they were completely honest and let me know the car was in great condition with nothing to fix. That level of integrity is rare and earned my trust completely. Highly recommend Sun Auto!
Dev was amazing! As soon as I pulled up, he welcomed me with open arms with a smile. He answered all my questions and made the process nice and easy for my oil change. I appreciate how my experience was today and will be back next time! Great work Dev!
They were very friendly & helpful. Did the State Inspection & changed out a bulb in my headlight.
I’ve always had a prompt professional experience with this team… Good pricing and a nice lounge
