I had a fantastic experience at this shop. Alexis and Mel were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took care of everything and made sure I fully understood what needed to be done and why, were very dedicated to excellence, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find that level of transparency and care. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling great about both the service and the results. Highly recommend!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience stood out. I brought my car in for a coolant leak and was charged $200 just to be told that “there is a leak,” which was already obvious. I was then quoted $800 for teardown/diagnosis because my car is a hybrid and they said it would take about 3 hours to figure out the source. I decided to get a second opinion, and another mechanic quickly identified a leaking coolant hose and fixed it for $250 total. No teardown was needed. Good service all around. Very transparent and didn't feel like one of those places that's focused on getting all of your money, but more on making the best choices for you and your vehicle. Tony was great.
