Went in to have my battery checked and whether or not it would be covered to replace under my warranty. Was given an eta of 1 hour to diagnose and ended up having to call 2 hours later after no one followed up just to find out that I did in fact need a battery, but the person who was supposed to verify coverage through my warranty did not do so. Very frustrating considering I was referred to this shop, first and last time giving them any business.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I couldn’t be happier with them! I will definitely be coming here anytime I need car service or repairs! All the employees are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable with any questions I had. They explained everything that I needed to get done to avoid any problems with my car later down the line. Took my work truck in to get oil change and inspection. Everyone was so nice and service was quick. Lobby is comfortable with a coffee machine and a fridge full of water. There is even a playground for the kids. Noel and Meleah were incredible!
Went in for state inspection, and the staff was very kind courteous and got me in and out very quickly and very professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.
