I used to come here for years when it was Caliber. The company Sun Auto acquired their reviews when they bought this Spring Location. I had a transmission diagnostic performed due to faulty shifting. Come to find out it could possibly be my Valve body and transmission module. A person by the name of Melo proceeds to tell me it is going to cost $11,000 to fix. I know that this is a $3-$4,000 job. The fact that they tried to pull one over on me is disturbing and appalling. That’s the last time I will set foot in their shop.
The professionalism from this auto repair shop is amazing and salute to Josue for the great customer service.
Because of both professionalism and integrity to the maximum, coupled with above and beyond care, along with honest staff members and reasonably priced service I drive 45 minutes to get my vehicles serviced. I won’t go anywhere else for my car needs. Additionally beverages are provided and the facility is clean. I highly recommend.
