Office staff was amazing. Make sure everything on their end was complete apartment was still a little dirty and dusty fans had a thick layer of dust on them. There was a lot of Paint overspray onto the flooring. Front door lock was not reset and Shelby was not correct in refrigerator, but I do love the location and I do love the apartment and like I said office staff was amazing
Alex was prompt and very helpful and patient.
Been living here since January. Love it here, but the valet trash service experience has been terrible. Some nights my trash can Is thrown into the hall way, and tonight we out the trash out by the door and 10pm now and no one came to pick it up. Will give a better review once this is looked into and fixed. Other than that no other complaints
The apartment itself is nice, quiet neighbors, the view is nice. Safe neighborhood. Many nights, there’s not enough parking, spots are tight and if you get back after 9-10 pm, but overall it’s a good place to live.
Abigail was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
