We recently moved out of this place the walls are NOT SOUNDPROOF. So no idea where the lady said it was sound proof lives but ok. lol We had a neighbor who played their drums. Yes drums. Maintenance has always been top notch. Management though now charges for the maintenance services as well as consumables like water filters ($70). I wasn’t notified of that change so it might be one of those selectively applied things. Just something to think about if you’re considering where the $2800 in rent every month goes. Loosing another star because cars keep getting keyed in the parking lot and they’ve yet to evict anyone for it. Haven’t been personally affected but two of my neighbors now have…
Megan, our leasing agent here has been phenomenal! This is a very upscale facility with great amenities, soundproof apartment living and an overall welcoming community. The high ceilings make this feel more like a home, than an apartment, and every room has a ceiling fan! We have enjoyed the large grassy area the dogs play in and sitting on our porch at night just enjoying the beautiful Colorado evenings. I can't say enough about the place. I rented an apartment through this agency and overall I’m satisfied with the service. The staff was polite and responsive, and the property matched the description. The viewing was arranged quickly, and the paperwork was handled professionally. The only small issue was a delay in handing over the keys, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I would consider using their services again.
Great place to live, staff is friendly and helpful.
