Sad residence pay for parking to constantly have cars vandalized and damaged by other cars that are parked there to use the 24 hr fitness center . You tell management and they don’t care they will say oh well you have insurance use that or “you have to call security” which is ridiculous just because they haven’t gotten enough complaints. Our maintenance guys are fantastic
We had an issue I wanted addressed regarding billing and I didn’t expect them to fix it but hoped they would. To my surprise the team followed through and fixed the billing issues and made it right.. Our maintenance staff is the best, we genuinely enjoy them both personally and professionally. They are quick to repair things. The only time we face delays is when money, from owners, is not provided for replacement parts.
