Every step of the process was handled with care, attention to detail, and clear communication. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable, always keeping my needs and goals at the forefront. I worked with Carrie when I sold my home in the Oakland hills. She was amazing! She advised me to make some improvements to my home because those improvements would result in a higher sales price for my home. We received 5 offers. Two of the offers were higher than the asking price! The house sold at a price of 8% over the asking price!!! Then she assisted me in the purchase of my current home.
