Our family absolutely loves this jiu jitsu gym! The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. The environment has a real family feel — everyone is welcoming, supportive, and invested in helping each other grow. Our 6-year-old son also trains here, and the kids’ program is fantastic. I love this gym! Our instructor Justin is so helpful and kind. Everyone in the gym is friendly, and no judgement anywhere. It’s really a team here, they are my second family.
Best gym in Cape Coral fort myers area, I know because I’ve been to them all, doesn’t give me that weird creepy eerie vibe certain bjj gyms give me, coach justin is genuine and a good person not trying to make a profit off of you. this gym has that top pressure khabib style, not like other gyms that pull gaurd. The members are hella chill and funny and it’s one of the few gyms where there’s no contract and mandatory gym gi. And don’t be fooled by coach Justin’s intimidating appearance he’s the coolest guy ever
Great gym super beginner friendly. Every question I asked was answered with an explanation on why I should throw and block a certain way. And they have great music taste
