I had the best experience ever with Melissa. I was welcomed into the building it was very nicely decorated, very comfortable room with cute decorations. I was walked thru step by step for my Brazilian wax . It was fast and very nice clean results. I was feeling nervous but with the help of Melissa, everything went very smoothly and she helped me feel at ease. She’s very sweet and professional. Great location right off a main road in Fremont, CA. The decor and music always relax me and bring me comfort. Melissa’s customer service is top tier. Once after an appointment I told her I had a slight head ache and she came back with a snack for me. She is very responsive and accommodating. I have sensitive skin and she takes that seriously. This was hands down the best wax experience. The attention to detail and care for my skin during my wax services was top tier. The space was clean, warm & welcoming, and quite comfortable and I might I say- soothing which again was a first for me. Melissa undoubtedly loves what she does and enjoys providing her clients with the best waxing experience possible. I will definitely be returning and telling others about this gem!
