Work was fine, but it was a terrible experience because the male who did the service made an inappropriate comment that ruined the entire experience. My daughter and I will not be back.

After issues with getting the gel off I should’ve known the polish would be horrible. Someone else stepped in to finish removing the polish after she took a chunk out of my pinky nail with the drill. It was as if the tech didn’t know what she was doing with it. The new polish is not only messy but chunky all over.

Was told 45 min An hour and 5 minutes went by ,I saw 6 people go straight in just because they where doing a mani pedi Their interest is to make more money obviously. I have been coming here 2 years and this was a huge disappointment. JUST SAY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WE ARE TOO BUSY BUT DONT GIVE A TIME AND ASK ME YOU WANT A PEDI AS WELL? when I said he walked away and that was it I understood. Never coming back here.
