The three gentlemen; Vladimir, Oliver, and Ugine were fantastic! Took the time to assure ALL valuables were secured and packet exceptional to avoid any damage. AWESOME JOB!!!
The charge was way more expensive that it was initially communicated with the office. We have a four bedroom house. They sent three movers working 9 hours and took the break for about one hour. So they essentially worked 8 hours. They charged $150 each for three people for the tip. They charged it! Not your option to pay. They also charged $175 for the material fee for the wraps etc. So it ended up over $2200 for a four bedroom move… Too expensive with many hidden charges. The move itself was professional!
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT hire this company, we have never had such unprofessional and inappropriate service from a business. The list of complaints we have about this company is endless. The entire move hardly took 6 hrs. They however charged for 7.5 hours for a 2 bed apartment move. The clock started right from the time they called us when they got to the apartment complex. They got to our apartment 20 mins after and started the move after another 25 mins. Once the move ended the movers went back and took another 20 mins to get tools for setting the TV legs followed by another 25 mins for getting the contract. The move itself was professional.
My move with Cali Movers was from a home in Oceanside to Carlsbad including a stop at my storage unit. Great service by all I spoke with! The initial phone contact was easy (Mike?) - information was clearly and professionally represented, mention of licensed and bonded, and the estimate was more affordable than others I had called.
