Doctor is great and it’s always a quick turn-around. Clean office and they make it fun for two toddlers.
I have never in my life experienced such genuine care and concern in a medical setting. From the front office staff to the back office team, every single person I’ve encountered—nurses, assistants, techs, and doctors—has been kind, caring, understanding, supportive, and completely non-judgmental. This has become our go-to urgent care for our 5 year old. They are thorough in the care they give and I love that they swab before prescribing antibiotics. They are always so quick to get you in and to a room, we've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to see the nurse and/or doctor. I also sent my husband to the grown-up side a few weeks ago for an issue. The doctors check in with you after your appointment which I really appreciate. Great with my 5 year old and she LOVES the toy surprise at the end. Definitely recommend!
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This used to be a great urgent care but now they care more about profits than people. There's hardly ever an actual doctor available, mostly all PAs. They misdiagnosed my husband with Scarlet Fever (!!!) and couldn't answer basic questions about the follow up of the steroid they gave my two year old when they called the next day to check up on him. Honestly the best place ever! I wish this office could be our pediatrician office. We drive all the way from Oceanside to take our baby and toddler here if there’s ever a concern. The office is immaculate, they have all the fun things for kids and our favorite is the little toy they get when they leave. The level of expertise and care of each Dr and PA is incredible.
