Love this place and the entire staff. Such a warm, caring environment. We go here more than our actual doctors. They are so speedy and efficient and have the most up to date procedures!! Thank you for all that you do !

UPDATED Review: Our son and daughter were both seen here for different issues and we have had nothing but amazing experiences with the team. They quickly saw our son for his urgent eye issue the day after it happened and effectively called in prescriptions so that we could get them quickly. I want to give a special shoutout to Maelynn who is a practitioner but also the head of their billing department, for patiently working with me on a very tedious issue involving our insurance (and medical group). Took my kids this past Saturday (8th) to be treated, first time patients and the whole experience was lovely! The front desk M.A. was super sweet in checking us in and helping us through the registration process (Didn't catch her name, but has beautiful lashes, ensured daughter's coloring page was taped on the wall for decor, awesome!!!) The PA (Denea) and other MA (Minnie) who treated us was super awesome as well and effectively took good care of her and sent meds to pharmacy ASAP! UPDATE: we are working with our insurance to figure out why we were assigned to a medical group which doesn't provide coverage for any urgent care centers in our area. We have been working with May Lin (sp?) on this matter and are hopng t get a resolution. However, this would still mean a cash rate (standard practice) which is several hundred $ and wouldn't count towards our deductible.
