Dentist is calming and fast

I highly recommend Cali Kids Dental. All the staff are very friendly and professional. They were flexible and understanding with our needs. My kids (5 and 7 yo) were quite nervous the first few visits but after the first cavity filling treatment went very smooth they were very comfortable. The doctors here are very good and I trust them to care for my kiddos. Thanks Cali Kids!

This dental office charged me incorrectly even after I told them I didn't have to pay a deductible and confirmed with my insurance. Then said I would have to wait a week to issue my refund until the claim was processed. Staff said they put a reminder note to check back and so far no refund and no phone call from the office 4 weeks later. Unfortunately this puts a bad name for them, the back office staff is great but will likely not return due to poor managing of front office and customer service.
