I called to make an appointment for my toddler. The receptionist on the phone had an attitude problem from the start. You could tell she just hates her job. She works with children and had 0 patience with me when I was asking her questions to make sure I’m finding the right place to take my child. I would not recommend this place.
My daughter came here today she had a great experience ,she didn’t felt uncomfortable at all ,all the staff was very nice too .
11112025 ON 11102025 I CALLED CALI KID TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT FOR MY CHILD FOR 11112025 AT 9AM. THE CLERK ON THE PHONE STATED THEY SEND AN TEXT OF APPOINTMENT DATE BUT NOT STATING THEY RELOCATED TO ORANGEVILLE. WHEN I WENT TO CALI KID THEY STATED THE APPOINTMENT AT ORANGEVILE LOCATION. THE CLERK STATED DID I RECIEVE THE TEXT. I STATED I DID BUT THERE WASNT AN PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO THE LOCATION ON THE TEXT. CALLED CALI KID TO CANCEL MY CHILD APPOINTMENT AND TO NO LONGER ASSIGN MY CHILD TO THEIR CLINIC BUT STILL RECIECE TEXT ... read more
