I had the most amazing experience with Elli today! I came in ready for a big change — a full cut and colour — and she absolutely nailed it. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the process. Elli took the time to really listen to what I wanted, gave honest and thoughtful advice, and somehow managed to give me exactly what I had in mind (but better!). I had my hair done on Wednesday at Cali Hair, it was my first visit and I had the pleasure of Elli doing my hair. She was so lovely and accommodating, she took the time to sit with me and do a consult so she could understand exactly what I wanted and she absolutely nailed the brief. 10/10 yap session and hair. I have been coming here for a year now ,lovely service and my hair has never looked better the girls are always welcoming and I have an excellent experience and would highly recommend
I don’t normally leave reviews about anything. Hair 10/10. Customer Service 5/10. Both girls in the salon that we’re working for Cali Hair, dry as you get. Not welcoming at all. Majority of the booking there was a girl doing my hair and another girl sitting on a stool passing foils to the other, and they were just talking to eachother the whole time.
