I wish all dental offices were like this one! At 72 years of age, I have many years of experience with dental offices and dentists. This provider stands out for several reasons so I want to let others to know the reason I am recommending them. 1. They serve both HMO and PPO Delta Dental patients! Many dentists will not accept HMO MEDICARE which often serves folks unable to pay higher premiums, because the HMO plan reimburses dentists at a lower rate. Dr. Goyal was my primary dentist at Cali Care Dental and I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. She is a skilled professional and also so responsive to her patients needs and wants. She is also a pleasure to interact with because of her kind, upbeat personality. And I guess she brings that out in her patients because I always feel better after I see her. And the staff is pretty good too! In these times it’s great to be reminded of the good in people.

Update: since this review I had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the dentists while he worked on inserting temporary filler while I waited for the crown. The work was very sloppy and the filler fell out of my mouth before the day ended … almost falling into my food where I could have choked … now, not 5 mos after the permanent crown has been cemented in, I am experiencing the same pain that I’d had prior to having the root canal / crown replacement. Dentist can be scary for some. But this Dentist office is Amazing! The Manager and employees are super nice. Super welcoming! They always make sure you are doing okay, during your visit. I loved the way the lady that was working on my teeth explained everything afterwards and made sure, I understood everything before leaving. She’s make the anxiety levels drop 10/10! And her assistant are so sweet! Love them! Me and my Husband will continue to go here! Recommend for sure!

I was new to CaliCare and had to have a number of procedures done in the last six months including deep cleaning, more than one root canal, three crowns and a bridge. I have been so happy with the care from front desk staff to dental hygienists to my dentist and the specialists they brought in. I highly recommend this professional, warm and caring team.
