I took my 2017 Porsche to Cali Auto for minor repairs and a service and while the work was completed without issue, the price was much too high. Equal to what the dealership charges despite being an independent shop. I will take my business elsewhere. I also found both Megan and Scott to be rude. They have a waiting area and a dog with sharp claws who jumps on you, so they obviously don’t want anyone to use their waiting room.
Best place for Porsches in Stockbridge
Called to request information regarding a previous service provided to a car I now own. After 7 days, calling twice daily, finally get someone on the phone, rudely states she needs previous owners' discretion to even speak on services provided, followed by hanging up abruptly. Thinking, odd, but understandable. That was accomplished, and days of trying to contact later, the shop BLOCKS my phone number. Good luck getting a hold of these people
Since you don't take a $100,000 car to just ANY mechanic it's imperative that you find a trustworthy one. I prefer independent shops over dealerships. This husband/wife team have mastered the art of customer service! Great work at reasonable rates.
Cali Auto has an amazing team who go above and beyond to the call of duty to accommodate their clients. Their level of expertise and professionalism is phenomenal! I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the turnaround time and economical pricing of services rendered. I will most definitely be returning in the future for All of my vehicular service needs and will refer others. Cali Auto is AWESOME!!!!!! Five Stars!
