My wife and I were on our way home from Northern Michigan Lake Superior the 1st week of August 2025. we had a blowout on our 30 foot trailer that we were towing. Mike and the guys were able to put four new tires on our trailer and we were on our way in around an hour. Fantastic Service, very nice guy and group to work with. Thank you Mike for your kindness and service so we could get on our way back home to Northern Indiana. We’re so appreciative.
These guys deserve a 10 star review! We had a massive blowout and break failure on our enclosed trailer in the middle of the night. We ended up towed to these guys. When we showed up to the shop in the morning, to find out there booked out, one week. When we told Mike the service manager that we are stranded from out of town. What happened next blew my mind. We were pleased with our service at Schierl Tire. They called to explain the problem, repairs were done in a timely fashion, and it was a tremendous help to be able to use the courtesy van while the repairs were being done. Would highly recommend!
The employees were honest and kind, and they finished working on my car with a short deadline. They stayed late to fix it. 10/10 recommend.
Wonderful folks to deal with. I’m sure I won’t have any trouble bringing my car back in on Monday with the new air conditioning unit not working.
