Don't understand why they can't answer the phone.
They open at 9 but they sometimes decide to get there 9:15 9:30 then have to wait till they get the computer up and running. Raising rates without telling people then lies about it saying we must have a leak and we used more water than the month before. Sorry excuse of a water company.
