We never receive any notifications by mail, or email regarding bill status. The ladies that answer the phone for customer service are either barely helpful, or just rude. I never have any issues receiving notifications from Northwest Ga electric, or other local businesses we pay bills with. It’s a different problem with this place every month. A lot of money for Poison water. They knew about it and didn't say anything. Just a bad organization.
This place is the absolute worst!
They can't get a simple problem fixed so they can contact me about a due balance instead of helping me fix the problem they tried to threaten my manhood an my ego I guess by stating that maybe I should pay my bills.this was not helpful and now I cannot even get them to answer the phone to help with paying my bill out of spite and my water is still cut off.
