Super frustrating & upsetting in dealing with them. Called to get specific instructions on how to turn on my 83 yr old parent’s utilities to the condo they purchased. Was given the exact date the previous owner (to their condo) was disconnecting. Applied the day before the service was to be disconnected. Sent all info required. My dad calls me to let me know there was no water…I called in, not only had they not processed the application, they disconnected from the prior owner early. Poor customer service. The representatives were unhelpful and did not seem interested in resolving my concerns or explaining the policy in a helpful way.

I’m a new customer. I never received my first months bill and even called in trying to ensure I don’t miss something. I was told by the clerk that it may not come out the fist month. Then low and behold my power gets cut off without warning. No call text and no bill. This is very inconvenient and poor customer service. I have mail delivery tracking with usps and can assure you than no bill was ever sent. But it’s my problem. Very poor!
