Today, I had a 3:00 appointment to get my fingerprints done at Calhoun Testing Services, which is a vendor for Identogo/IDEMIA. I had to drive 45 minutes to get to this appointment. Upon arrival, I walked up to the door and was completely shocked at the fact that this business was closed. They had a business closure sign (between 12/23/25 at 12:00 PM to 12/28/25), which meant NOTHING because they failed to notify Identogo of this time off. Was in and out real fast, directions were straightforward and they made it easy for me while I had all my kids there too, will definitely use this facility in the future if needed
