Like many others have stated, they list items they don't have to get you to their website. Even when they point out they don't have the item they leave the listing up.
Purchased a replacement screen for a laptop. In addition to the automatic email confirmation, I received an email the next day from an account manager confirming the details of my order, and the part arrived extremely quickly! It was well packaged, brand new, and worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again.
