This company has the rudest most unprofessional staff starting with the manager. When I actually went in to get a loan the girl assisting me was very cold and crass. She did not even make eye contact. I didn’t see anyone else there but her and she came across as I hate my job and I hate people. They have no respect for customers which displays the respect they have for themselves.

I love this place this is my go to anytime I need anything. The lady's in there will treat u like family I have never had a bad experience there. It's fast and easy and great payment plans

The Anniston, AL Branch is so helpful, kind, and Very knowledgeable in how to help people. I have been with them since 2011. They literally helped me grow my credit back after a divorce. I have stayed a customer with them and I would recommend them to anyone.
