Nurse not a DR. Refused to refill my diabetes meds with out seeing me first. Doesn't care about his patients health just collecting co-pays. Bedside manner is very lacking!
Have to call 5 or 6 times just to talk to a human. Once I called just to find out if my medication refills had been sent to the pharmacy (this was after a week since I requested them and I never heard back from anyone), I was asked to wait on hold “for a moment” and ended up being on hold for 20 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up.
