SILVER SNEAKERS is the way to stay fit to the sound Goldie Oldies , and STEP-UP CLASSES, a little more challenging, are great for group exercising, There are machines galore for all the independent exercisers out there. Come join us to get out of a rut and put a spring in your step!

Staff and members treat each other like family. Clean facility and amazing instructor that take their time to teach. Come on and join not just a gym, but an extend family. Coach Louie
Even using my health my way card does not allow you to go in. I checked in yesterday just so and now she wants me to check in w a ymca card. I’m just there to go to their classes. I don’t feel welcome there at all. Next thing they probably require is a urine test, for that matter a blood test. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Nice place to workout. I like that it's open 24 hours a day.
Good for all families. We have all equipment need it. We have classes. Especially day care. So we can workout.
