If I could give him zero stars I would. He is extremely poor at managing his time/workload and communicating any changes in plans. From everything around scheduling a tow, aligning on a date for service, etc, it seemed to be a major inconvenience. He had my vehicle for 4 weeks and had not even started on it. It simply needed a new starter. Mind you, he quoted me 2 weeks. When I called to check on it he stopped answering the phone then when he did answer he told me if I want it to just have someone come tow it… so that is wha... read more
