I was there to provide several sessions of the USDOT HazMat Employee Training for their personnel in early February 2015. Despite the inherent dangers and inconveniences of working with a dusty, spontaneously combustible material (USDOT Hazard Division 4.2, dontcha know); I found the people that work there to be courteous and professional.
