I had a horrible experience with a midwife and was transferred here at 32 weeks pregnant. Dr. Joel Steed is incredible, thorough and makes you feel seen and heard. They also do a fantastic job of referring you to breastfeeding clinics and have other resources like paediatricians too. All the people who say the receptionist is rude are being dramatic, she is polite and does her job well. Attended twice for pap tests. Always great service, no issues. My female doctor is very good at what she does.
Receptionist is so rude and wouldn’t even rebook me in for my post partum check up saying my family doctor can do it instead. Wow, so I can’t even consult to my OBGYN now because of her?
