Found a very injured pigeon on the ground, called the hotline and they were able to have someone sent out to grab him within 30 minutes! I was so concerned about the bird, he was missing half of his beak and couldn’t fly. I met Cory, the wonderful man who picked up the bird and brought him to the wildlife center. Big thank you and lots of love to everyone at the wildlife centre! ♥️♥️

Do not expect to ever have an animal returned to you if they deem it non treatable. I turned in a bird that was eating, drinking and running around. It had a fractured wing which they said were both wings. So they deemed it untreatable and euthanized it. Even after I asked them to please let me know before putting that bird down. If I would have known they would do this I would have never turned it in. Their policy is to never return any animal to the person who turned it in for care. Lesson learned.

I explained to her my phone conversatiio and she brushed me off, laughing at me I asked if she could give me the phone number where they can take a look when I googled it and it was a cat place. I went back in and aske... read more
