Went there on Good Friday. Had an appointment. Almost no waiting time . Met a very nice young Doctor (forgot his name) who was super helpful and supportive.
We arrived 7 minutes late for our appointment and tried to call in advance to let them know but the phone line wasn’t working. We have a young daughter who is very ill and they wouldn’t see us because we were 7 minutes late even though they confirmed they take bookings in half an hour increments and we were there within that time. Overall I’m quite disappointed with the service and patient care should be the number one priority especially with a sick infant. It was very disappointing. Dr. Lama Mouneimne & their front receptionist Brittney were very kind. They booked me in faster than expected and were thorough yet considerate. I’m very grateful ❤️ The place was very clean and organized as well with a nice waiting room!
I called 811 and talked to a nurse. She got me an appointment for my daughter here. The doctor was informative and thorough.
