Dr. Norris is an optometrist who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his patient has a complete understanding of their eye health and how to maintain it. The technology and imaging alone was outstanding, and then full disclosure with wall sized images and every question answered - Outstanding! This clinic has seen my family through good times and bad with our eyes, always with attentive caring and clear communication from the diagnosis process through to optimum vision care.
Had some new silhouette glasses that needed adjustments. Was fortunate to come to this business. Kim was able to adjust the frames and nose pads so that the fit was excellent. She is very skilled in what she does and her pleasant, friendly service was much appreciated. Even though I bought the glasses elsewhere I was treated like a long time customer. Thank you.
