I absolutely LOVE this clinic. Have been going for years now. The nurses and doctors are always very kind and patient, especially around the more personal issues lol. Very easy to get to with transit and has lots of parking space. It's now attached to the Urgent Care, making it more open and more space to hang before the appointment. I do wanna give a special props to the individual who spoke the message, so clear and easy to understand!!! Thank you so much ♡
I was here yesterday for a procedure which was quick and very successful. I arrived at the urgent care entrance at about 4:20pm and was warmly welcomed by one lady who directed me to the lady in charge of admitting people/clients to the sexual reproductive health at the urgent care entrance. In fact, this lady was a true definition of rudeness. Her professionalism was nothing to write home about. Absolutely the best experience with everything related to sexual health - my IUD removal was a breeze (unlike the insertion in another province) and my arm implant was seamless. So appreciated and relieved all my stresses. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!
