had a really great experience in this clinic, getting tested for an STI is an awkward thing, but all the staff here made me feel welcome and safe.

jessica has terrible phone etiquette, and i had a terrible experience. she’s extremely unprofessional, and talked to me as if i was an idiot. if you call and are connected to her make sure she actually books you an appointment or she will make you think you didn’t and have you waiting!
