Incredibly unkind and incompetent receptionist named Tracy hung up on me after telling me she can't help cos she doesn't know how. Figured someone that oblivious isn't actually worth dealing with and will get my case worker to contact them instead cos I can't be bothered. Considering I could hear the seniority (age based only) in her voice I'm not surprised she acted so terribly entitled for someone so new with likely no usable life skills. #boomers
