I have been seeing Dr. Kherani since 2000, that was the first of many retinal detachments and surgeries.. I will always be grateful for everything he and his team have done for me.
Everything was professional and went well. However, when I had to reschedule a follow up appointmen, the assistant i found very rude. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time and then I had to get back to work. She didn't seem to understand and didn't offer an alternative time. It was as if the only thing thst mattered in the world was her and the clinic "we called you in the waiting room", ya 45 minutes ater my scheduled time. Well you could have told us you had to leave. Dr. Fielden is amazing and 100% saved my vision. He genuinely cares about his patients and I have never had a specialist that will squeeze you into their very busy schedule, even if you have an emergency- but he will do it every single time and make sure you are seen within a day. His assistants Sarah and Leanne are so sweet, kind, and efficient. I genuinely look forward to seeing all 3 of them when I go in! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
Dr.Fielden has HORRIBLE, bed side manner. I’m 48 years old and going blind from a VERY RARE disease. He questioned me, as if I didn’t have PXE. And told me I’m fine and theres nothing he can do for my eyes. He was rude and HURT my eyes. I do not recommend. The lady who answers the phones needs to hang up the ole phone cord. Rude!! Mean even. I sure hope you’re reading this!
My experience with Dr. Geoff Williams and his practice has been devastating, and I feel compelled to share my story so others can make informed decisions.
