This guy is polite, but he did a terrible job on a small medical excision right in the middle of my face. He literally butchered my beautiful face. I followed the recovery care plan exactly as outlined, and I still look like a Frankenstein project. This has destroyed my self-esteem. I never go out in public without a hat and faux glasses on now. I am now seeking help from a different surgeon to repair this damage with scar revision, but this entire experience has left a profoundly negative impact on me.
