Horrible experience!! Got stuck waiting for ticket, cause only credit card pay location. 20 mins going on, ugh. Should have only credit card signage. Online platform so useless. Parking needs to address its reconciliation plan and policies. I got the ticket, which ducks cause across the street a cheaper pay rate and easier payment method. Don't understand how a metropolitan city can't afford other transaction fees especially in the heart of downtown. Highly don't recommend Impark. Pricey parking lot, paid 25$ for one hour and half. 1 st level is all reserved and 2nd level ceiling is low so be carfuly of you are driving a truck or big SUV.
