The service department got us in pretty much right away and diagnosed us in a very timely manner. Communication from the foreman was fantastic! We ran into a major issue once we left after the repair. ( It was a mistake from what i understand on there end ) While this was not the plan and set us back. They owned it and rectified the problem as fast as was possible. For that i give them 5 stars. Shit happens all the time, its how its dealt with that matters! Thank you from Roz Ventures!
