In June Dr Ragan repaired both eyes with cateracts. I was very nervous. But found Dr Ragan to be kind patient and very thorough. He explained everything, and made my surgery a prioirty as they were quite cloudy. I am so very grateful for his skill and has amazing results. I would highly recommend this excellent doctor.
My mom has been going here for years, but her experience today 2025 June 20, makes this her last day at the clinic. Staff has changed alot, the girl at the front, first point of contact when u step into the clinic that was talking to my mom, and numerous other patients was incredibly rude. She doesn't know how to talk to people. Not welcoming at all. If you dont know how to talk to people, maybe u should find another job. Soooo disappointing today, we will be finding a new clinic to go to.

Difficult to reach on the phone. Reception does not answer.
Since Dr Gohill sold his practice it's been going downhill. Dr Ragan orders an ultrasound for my eye it took over 3 months to get the results as he failed to mention urgency on the requisition. The receptionist decides to be a doctor and gives me false information. Very incompetent staff
