I recently did a sit session with Helena and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was struggling with period cramps and out-of-body episodes and since my session I haven’t had as bad period cramps, and I have not had a single out-of-body episode. Please book with Helena!!
I have been to Helena several times now and I am always surprised (in a good way) at how I feel after treatment. This last treatment I woke up the next day so uplifted, positive and happy. My session today was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and it was amazing. Helena made me feel so comfortable with being uncomfortable when showing vulnerability, something I’m not great at. I highly recommend the Subconscious Imprinting.. she has a way of bringing things out of you that you didn’t think were possible. Helena makes you feel like you’ve known her for years, she was extremely compassionate, attentive and professional. I will be recommending Gelous spa to everyone! Thank you again
Helena is warm, kind, calming and comforting. Her techniques and methods are amazing. Her treatment room allows you to relax completely. Following my appointment, I felt more centered, grounded and lighter.
