This was our second occasion for using Calgary Landscape Solutions. The first was a major landscaping of our back yard which greatly improved drainage creating a wonderful outdoor space. This time was to re-turf an area which had underlying issues. The workers worked hard and were detailed oriented, leaving a fine finished product. I also note that CLS still has some of the same personnel as the first time around. This is a positive sign of a well run company.
Similar to a previous customer with a horrible looking lawn, we are disappointed in the work promised and work done. Waited to review until we had exhausted all communication and resolutions possible. It was an expensive 9k for scraping off old grass front and back and putting in 3 borders with 4x4. Our yard is small! And leveling the back where the dogs had created a race track making it a disaster. I was personally involved in a fraud scam and lost $1000 from my bank account. I sought assistance from my bank who offered no support from a banking client of over 20 years. To compound matters, in a personal financial matter related to a real estate transaction, my bank account was frozen and put in a HOLD status to the point that all funds were frozen and All banking functions disabled.
