The staff are always professional, and the nurses that draw blood have always been extra nice. The wait times aren't that bad either considering how busy they can be. If you make an appointment the wait is usually very minimal if at all. The results come the same day.
Don't bother to drop in without a appointment. Huge wait time
When you book an appointment and have to wait for over 30 minutes to get in what's the point of booking an appointment. What a disappointment.
