My 5 years old daughter went today for the blood test. There were 2 women to take the blood test. One of them poked my daughter's arm to take the blood and said blood is not coming. That nurse got scared and she asked the other one to do it. The other nurse again poked my daughter on the right arm, again the blood didn't come and she said you have to come again as your daughter is dehydrated. My daughter was hydrated well enough. Very disappointing experience at Alberta Precision Labs (Kinniburgh). I was just 5 minutes late for my appointment, and my husband was delayed due to traffic. Initially, the reception said they might still accommodate us, but once he arrived, they refused the test. We had waited over a month for this appointment, so this was extremely frustrating.
