Very disappointing experience at Alberta Precision Labs (Kinniburgh). I was just 5 minutes late for my appointment, and my husband was delayed due to traffic. Initially, the reception said they might still accommodate us, but once he arrived, they refused the test. We had waited over a month for this appointment, so this was extremely frustrating. Will never come to this office again … really unprofessional team.
I've always had a positive experience with Chestermere Lab Services, but unfortunately, today was a different story. I went in around 3:30 PM, and the staff was incredibly rude. She didn’t know how to communicate respectfully, and it really made the visit unpleasant. It's disappointing because the service has usually been great, but this encounter was ridiculous. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening again.
All the lab assistants are amazing here. Thank you!
