Fantastic amenities. Karen's cafe is a banger every time.
Highly Recommended! We love the JCC. We use alot of their services- daycare, fitness facility, JCC Swim, and the pool for family swim. The facility is clean and the staff do an amazing job. We are really happy with all the services, and the staff go above and beyond!
My two youngest gremlins go here for swim lessons and they are absolutely fantastic! They always have the best time in their lessons. The instructors, the pool, facilities and everything in between make this an absolutely amazing experience. The class sizes are small so each gremlin gets helped on whatever skill they need, plus the pool environment is kept warm so you never worry about being cold!
I’m writing this review after multiple attempts to raise this issue directly with the JCC Calgary management, including suggestion box submissions and emails, but unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement. The ongoing hygiene issue in the pool and hot tub areas is concerning. Many patrons consistently enter the pool without showering beforehand, and it is also common to see individuals go directly from the steam room into the hot tub or pool without rinsing off.
