It’s so very disappointing trying to get help and getting nothing but hostile disgusting behaviour. When trying to get help with some car parts a lady by the name of Jordan gave me nothing but absolute attitude. Someone with this level of attitude should not have a job involving customer service! I have never in my 37 years of life gotten disrespected to this level. I will never return and I highly recommend never coming to this Honda for parts. Horrible reflection of this company.

Beware. I trusted Calgary Honda to be transparent when buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, but my experience was very disappointing. Important information about the vehicle was not properly disclosed, and management refused to take responsibility when I raised concerns. I have since reported the matter to the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council. Make sure you inspect everything carefully and get every detail in writing before buying here. Very untrustworthy dealership. Including managers.
I spent a few days researching and visiting Honda dealerships all over Calgary. The best experience was here. Mario was great to deal with - it felt like we were colleagues in getting me into the car i wanted. But - he was also good on making sure I had made the right decision. I appreciate his doing that. Stay away from the service shop. Their lack of due diligence on the quality of work and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They wasted my time and altered my precious long weekend because they did not do their jobs properly. A simple oil change turned into necessary additional work. This work was not done properly for which I had to come back 3 times to get the shop to rectify their error to the point of requesting a mechanic do a road test with me. This is what I would expect from an informal car shop. Stay away!
