Stopped going a few years ago because so many vendors dist my Mattamy home. 10 years later I still love my home. Mattamy is still popular..biggest in Canada. Either way Donald Duck could have built my house but my six figures ( over six) a year lost interest in my basement, garage or kitchen upgrades being done by anyone at the Calgary home show because you made fun of the fact that I own a Mattamy home. Not particularly helpful. It was just alright. I would have liked to see more landscaping design options.
Had a great time checking out all the vendors and cool displays. Various activities that could interest different age groups... family-friendly environment makes for a good half-full day outing. The extra section for foods and crafts, etc, was a really nice addition - tons of Canadian and local small businesses selling great snacks & and sweets. Special extea shoutout to Brandis Salsa- Dragons Breath is a must try for hot sauce lovers !
