Round peg square hole…. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star. We ordered a top of the line quartzite stone for our kitchen renovation only to have them completely miss the mark on their cut. They came out to template where they would have clearly noticed we paid extra money to have prado plugs installed so the outlets are as minimal as possible in the stone. A very common electrical upgrade with high end stone. It was requested these be cut on site to avoid any issues. But what do they do inst... read more
Absolutely unprofessional. Poor communication, subpar workmanship, and zero accountability for mistakes. When their errors ruined the product, the only “solution” offered was minimal compensation—no genuine effort to make things right. Plenty of better options in the city. STAY AWAY.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take no responsibility or ownership for their work, and will offer a bare minimum fix that has the least amount of impact on them. Their attitude is we screw it up, and you’re forced to live with it. They incorrectly cut out our stone back splash where we were to have a Prado minimalist plug installed. They immediately placed blame on our contractor saying that style of plug wasn’t communicated, which was a LIE because I was standing right there in front of the plug when our contractor r... read more
