Went there yesterday to see what id be able to get for my diamond earrings. And when they were checking out my earrings they bent the hell out of my one stud. Didn't look at them until today. I even heard her say I don't want to bend it. I didnt think anything of it until I saw what she did to my earring. Didn't even say anything or apologize or anything. Really poor way to deal with customers property! I wont be going there anymore. Very unprofessional
