We requested a simple window repair August 19, 2023. We heard nothing for two months. They said they would show up and then didn’t come. Very poor communication and finally after 4 months our window was finally fixed. They sent us a bill. We hadn’t paid it after a WEEK so they threatened to send us to collections. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service.
