They aren’t open when they are supposed to. 4:15pm where already locked. And the staff waited inside ignoring us until we stepped away. Then they proceeded to leave closing as 4:20. My wife needed Urgent Care! What a joke of place!
The staff was welcoming and organized, and the wait time was reasonable. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly without rushing. I felt comfortable and well cared for.
This office is typically late 45 minutes which they don’t tell you and they also make you come in twice for something they can do in one visit. They moved offices and it was also packed to standing room only. The doctor gives you 5 minutes, the rest of the time you see a technician. I thought I would come back to this doctor after being away for a number of years and now I remember why I didn’t come back last time. Don’t waste your time. Find another doctor. This one just double dips from AHC.

Awful. They will attempt to schedule as many appointments as they can, once they run out of AHS spending they will charge you. The 5 stars are based on giving a discount for products they claim you need. Nothing is solved and the experience is very uncomfortable. It feels shady.
